It is just so seamles and just works. We find it very ghelpful for room management and avoiding double booking and especialy ownership over double booking. That helped everyone starting to really book the meeting rooms.

easy to book, and check-in into desks/meeting rooms. it won’t double book a room for meetins, it automatically declines if someone else has already books a time/room.

Ease of use and eas of configuration. We implemented both, the Joan Room manager &the Joan Visitor manager. They are both easy to setup, and even easier to use. What do you like best about Joan?
Very easy for our users at the office to utilize when they are needing to schedule a last minute meeting and or to see what is upcoming in our conference rooms. They are used every day in our office. It was also easy to impletment with our Teams Meetings.

Being able to see who else is in our office is great, as we all work in an open-plan environment so this is so helpful. It is really user-friendly and easy to use. I like being able to choose by looking at the floor plan, the desk, or the people in the different layouts.

The system is very user-friendly. Employees can easily book their desks via a web page or a mobile app. It is also possible to reserve desks for specific times or days.

We like that you can just walk up to a meeting room and book for 30 minutes with just one press of a button. With a glance we can see who has the room booked and the schedule for the day.

Being able to see if a currently empty room is booking in the near future makes avoiding situations where people are using rooms that are already booked much easier.
