What do you like best about Joan?
Overall, I’m more than satisfied with Joan as a workplace booking platform. It really simplifies the whole process of organizing my workday, from choosing a desk to quickly checking who’s around in the office.
I find that it not only saves me time but also improves collaboration, since I can easily plan to sit near the colleagues I need to work with. The interface is clean, intuitive, and makes the experience feel effortless, which is something I value a lot in tools I use every day. Even though there are the occasional small bugs with the desk status colors, they don’t outweigh the benefits at all. For me, Joan has become an essential part of the modern workplace setup, and I can genuinely recommend it to any team or company looking for a simple and effective solution.

I also appreciate how clear the overview is, I don’t have to waste time checking with others or guessing, the system just gives me all the info I need right away.

It’s a simple and intuitive device, there was no fuss with setup and the feedback from our users has been nothing but positive. Our rooms are high traffic areas, so Joan simple design use interface allows staff to use or see if rooms are booked immediately. No more guessing.

Joan is its simplicity and efficiency. It really streamlines the room booking process, making it so easy to see availability in real-time and book spaces instantly. Plus, the fact that it syncs with digital calendars like Google and Office 365 just makes everything smoother.
The benefit for me is that it eliminates the back-and-forth of checking availability or wondering if a room is free, helping to keep things organized and on track. The ability to book instantly on the device, or check for available slots, helps me save time and stay productive

I recently implemented the Joan 6 RE in my workplace, and I must say—it was incredibly simple to set up and use. This is not the first company where I have deployed Joan devices, and once again, the setup process was smooth and hassle-free.
The device is completely wireless, runs on a long-lasting rechargeable battery, and integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365 and Google Calendar
Joan’s device gives info about the meeting before entering the meeting room. Some time ago, some people came and interrupted important meeting .
What do you like best about Joan?
Joan is super easy to implement with your existing infrastructure (Google, Microsoft etc). It just works, with a ton of useful features for both admins and end users. The devices are used on a daily basis across our offices, both for pre-booked meetings and on the spot meetings. The devices are super easy to use and don’t require lots of training and engagement with your users.
The support team are incredibly helpful – we had a couple of teething issues, but they were on hand and assisted with fast resolutions!
It has solved the issue of people not knowing when meeting rooms are free or booked. Paired with the Power over Ethernet mounts, it gives a clear indication of meeting room availability. Additionally, we are going to be enabling the check in feature, which will assist with freeing up meeting space further.
What do you like best about Joan?
The interface and devices are easy to configure and use, and are robustly built which can be handy if you have heavy handed employees! The support team are excellent, offering fast concise help on the rare occasions that you may need them. Great service for a low price.
Our users are finding it easier to have a physical device to book a meeting room, rather than trying to handle multiple mailboxes and shared calendar entries.
What do you like best about Joan?
As an organisation that moved to a hot-desking model post-lockdown we needed a system to ensure our colleagues could book desks and see who was in the office and when. Joan provides this for us with a really simple to use, user friendly interface. We were able to roll the system out without the need for lengthy, complex training sessions which always helps.
We have more employees than desks so Joan helps us to manage team access and allows us to quickly see which desks are available on any given day and which of our collegaues are in the office.

Joan helped us fully utilize our conference room spaces with greater efficiency. We shared our conference room spaces and rented out access to a few business partners and have generated 5 figures of extra revenue this year because of the Joan system.
We purchased Joan to help us book our conference room and manage internal usage along with external businesses booking our conference rooms for a fee.

The best part I would like mention about the entire Joan system is its Management. We have migrated from Exchange On-Prem to Exchange Online last year and Jaon support helped me to migrate the system to the Cloud Connector. We got rid of the Ubuntu server where the On-prem connector and since then we don’t have any issue. Just runs perfect, really easy to use.
All the other users have the visibility of the next booking and they don’t have to login to the Calendar booking. Also, if the room is vacant, users don’t have to book on the Calendar but are able to immediately book on the device. And I forgot about to mention earlier about the Joan support. They are one of the best support team I have ever worked with. though the team is in a different geo location where we are, they have alway been flexible to work with Australian timezone.
What do you like best about Joan?
I love how they mount so easily on the glass and have long lasting batteries eiliminating the need for messy cords. They’re clean, nice looking and integrate easily to G-Suite. When rooms are busy, they turn dark, making it easy to quickly identify which rooms are free for use, without the need to walk up and read which are avaialble. Customer support has been great, although they’re based in EU, so you can’t get an immediate response.
Being able to quickly identify which rooms are free as well as to book on the fly has been a great addition to our office space.

What I love about JOAN is that it’s really easy to book your preferred spot without having to go through a lot of hassle.JOAN was a good resource to use while working at HAGER-Executive Consulting. It really made the work environment better by adding value. The initial setup was very easy due to its simplicity therefore there were no difficulties in getting started. The customer service is the best attribute of JOAN, they were very prompt in response to all queries resolved all problems instantly. And we frequently do use the product in the course of the day which already indicates the trust and comfortability of the product. From the extensive list of features, it steamlines all the possible areas of need, both the customer and the company as much as possible. And the fact how well the solution operates with the existing applications’ environment is particularly satisfying. It just gets the job done!
