What is Joan ePaper badge?
The Joan badge replaces the printed plastic ID card. The photo, name, and role sync to the badge instead of being reprinted onto a new one, and a lost badge is revoked immediately instead of being thrown away.
How it works for your team
An office or HR manager connects badges in the Joan Mobile App, picks a company template, and assigns them from the Joan user directory in batches — a new hire's badge is ready on day one.
Updates instead of reprints. A new photo, name or role change is re-synced to the badge instead of printing a new card.
Instant revoke. A lost badge is disabled at the database level right away.
One badge instead of two. With an NFC chip, the same badge can open doors wherever the customer's access-control system supports it — replacing a separate RFID card.
