How do I claim the card?
On the booking form, in the field asking what you’re interested in (Primary interest or Call focus), write AMAZON GIFT CARD 50. Then show up for the call. If you forget to write it, tell us on the call and we’ll still send it.
Is the gift card really no strings attached?
Yes. Show up for the full 15 minutes and we’ll send it, whether or not you buy anything.
When will I get it?
We send it by email within 5 working days of the call.
Who can claim it?
You need a work email address. Personal addresses like Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo will not go through on the form. Beyond that: one card per company, and you need a say in how your meeting rooms or workplace tools get chosen.
Will this turn into a sales pitch?
No slides, and no follow-up sequence you didn’t ask for. We’d rather find out fast whether Joan fits your office.
What if we’re happy with our current setup?
Then it’s 15 minutes and $50. Plenty of teams book to see what’s changed since they last looked.
What should I prepare?
Nothing. It helps if you know roughly how many meeting rooms you have and which calendar your team uses.
Who the gift card is for
The card pays you back for 15 minutes of your time, so we check that the person on the call is who they say they are.
You qualify if
- You book with a work email on your company’s own domain, one we can check against the company’s live website.
- You have a say in how meeting rooms or workplace tools get chosen where you work.
- Your name and role match your company website or LinkedIn profile.
- You join the full 15 minutes with your camera on.
- It’s the first card for your company. One per organisation.
We can’t send a card if
- The email is personal (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and similar), or on a free, newly registered or look-alike domain that imitates a real company.
- We can’t verify the company, or your role in it.
- You’re a consultant, agency, reseller or competitor without meeting rooms of your own to manage.
- The card is requested to a different address than the one you booked with.
- Anything in the booking turns out to be misrepresented.
The fine print
- The card is sent within 5 working days of the call, to the same work email you booked with. Never to a different address.
- One card per company, however many people attend.
- Joan reserves the right to decline the incentive if we cannot verify your identity or your company, and we are not required to give a reason.
- The offer is void in case of false statements, or of impersonating another person or organisation.
- The offer is not available where we are unable to deliver Amazon gift cards, including countries subject to applicable sanctions or trade restrictions.
- The card has no cash value and cannot be transferred or combined with other offers.
- Joan may change or end this promotion at any time. Bookings already confirmed are honoured.
