Joan 13 Pro giveaway Rules and Conditions

Organizer

The giveaway is organized by Visionect d.o.o., Tržaška cesta 118, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, for the Joan Workplace brand.

Giveaway Period

The giveaway runs from May 25 to June 5, 2026.

Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years or older.

Participation is open to employees of any company. You do not need to be a Joan customer to participate. Participants must belong to a registered company and may not participate as freelancers, independent contractors, or solopreneurs. The prize kit is intended for use within the winner’s company.

How to Participate

To participate, entrants must submit the correct answer through the official form using a valid business email address.

Only one entry per person is allowed.

Prize

Three winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries with the correct answer.

Each winner will receive:

• 1 × Joan 13 Pro
• 1 × ePaper Badges
• 6-month subscription included

After the included 6-month period, subscription costs transfer to the winner’s company.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be contacted via the submitted business email address within 10 days after the giveaway ends.

If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

Prize Conditions

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products or services.

Privacy

Personal data submitted through the form will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting winners.

General Conditions

Visionect d.o.o. reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time.
