Shipping policy

Order processing times

We typically process and prepare orders within 1 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

For larger or complex orders, there may be slight delays if that happens, we’ll notify you promptly.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and invoice details.

Please make sure the email address and phone number you provide at checkout are valid and regularly monitored. Your tracking number, invoice, and important delivery updates from the courier will be sent to these contacts.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Slow shipping (Free)
    Our free shipping option is a more economical service. Delivery times vary depending on your region and can take longer, especially during peak seasons or if customs clearance is required.
  • Express shipping (Paid)
    For faster delivery, choose Express shipping. This premium option ensures significantly quicker transit times and is ideal for time-sensitive orders.

Delivery times

  • Delivery times vary by destination, size and content of the shipment and typically range from 1 to 8 business days.
  • Shipping time is approximate and does not include potential customs delays.
  • Deliveries to remote areas and islands may take longer.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. However, certain destinations may be temporarily unavailable due to external factors such as political disruptions or courier restrictions. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you immediately.

Shipping Limitations

Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, military addresses, or freight forwarding services.
To avoid delivery issues, make sure your shipping address is complete and includes a valid phone number and email.

Customs and Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, customs and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

The courier will contact you directly for any required customs documentation. For example:

  • USA: An EIN or SSN (or IRS Form 5061) may be required.
  • UK: An EORI number may be requested.

If you are unsure, we recommend contacting your local tax office before placing an order.

Order tracking details

All shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be fulfilled from multiple locations or contain items with different availability. This means you may receive your order in separate shipments. Each package will have its own tracking number, which we will share with you once dispatched.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.

Peak Season Notice

Shipping and delivery times may be longer than usual during holidays or other peak periods. We appreciate your patience during these times.
