Visionect d.o.o., the company behind the Joan brand, will cover all hospitality costs (including accommodation and food & beverages), local transportation costs, and excursion expenses (including entry tickets) for a group of up to 5 people over 5 days.

The arrangement does not cover transportation costs to and from Slovenia, insurance, medical expenses, or mobile phone costs.

The team can consist of people from the same department or various departments within your company. We plan to integrate your team members into our departments for experience sharing, but this is optional and will only occur with the team’s confirmation.

You can register a team with more than 5 members, but if your team is selected, we may need to adjust your application to meet specific requirements.

There’s no need to host us in return. However, you might consider inviting another friend company to work at your premises. Our goal is to keep the initiative rolling and promote the workation concept through office swaps.

The timeline for the trip to Slovenia will be arranged with the selected team to suit their schedule. To experience Slovenia at its best, we recommend visiting during the enchanting December or the blooming Spring.
