Do I need a paid subscription to use Joan?

Yes, Joan works on a subscription basis with the purpose to offer different features depending on your needs and on what features suit your business. Additionally, we’re always trying to improve your experience by adding new features to our plans.

Can I pay for a subscription via invoice?

Yes. We will send you the PI (Proforma Invoice) for your order and you can pay it with a credit card, bank transfer, or Paypal.

Why would I want to upgrade from Essentials to Professional or Enterprise?

The more advanced the plan is, the more features and integrations it offers. Make sure to explore the plans for the solution you’re interested in.

I’m interested in Joan 6. Are there monthly license fees?

You can choose a subscription plan to suit your workplace needs. We have 3 options: Essentials (which covers the bare workplace management essentials suited for every small business), Professional (which covers upgraded workplace management, security, and productivity), and Enterprise (which covers advanced workplace management solutions for large enterprises).

I am looking to have 10+ Joan 13″, I am confused with the monthly pricing.

You need to add a subscription for every device. If you decide on the Essentials plan within the Room solution for all 10 devices, you’ll be charged a 10x subscription to the Essentials plan. All the devices that are connected to the same account, have the same subscription.

Can we lease devices?

No, unfortunately, we don’t offer this service at the moment. But Joan Room and Joan Sign solutions could be implemented on the tablet or TV screen currently available in your company.

What “Up to 3 location configuration” under a Room Professional plan actually means?

This enables you to set building-specific settings in multiple office locations – in the case of the Professional plan on up to 3 locations.

Are there any hidden/implementation costs?

No. You can use Joan as a standalone solution and you buy a subscription for it. You can match your solution with a dedicated Joan device. All Joan devices can be mounted to a magnetic mount (included in your order), so there are no mounting costs. Joan solutions work from day one, onboard your team in a few minutes, and you’re good to go.
