MyJoan dashboard provides you with complete control over your account, devices, desk booking and parking & asset booking system, and features in a single dashboard.
These settings are account-wide and are the default option for all your devices.
However, if you set building or device-specific settings, they will override your global settings. To learn more about the different levels of settings in MyJoan, see MyJoan settings - per device, per building, and global.
In order to adjust your settings preferences, follow these steps:
- Log in to the MyJoan with your account credentials
- Navigate to the “Settings” page, located in the top navigation menu
- And here, you will see a list of sections that can be adjusted based on your needs
