What costs will Joan cover?
Visionect d.o.o., the company behind the Joan brand, will cover all hospitality costs (including accommodation and food & beverages), local transportation costs, and excursion expenses (including entry tickets) for a group of up to 5 people over 5 days.
What costs are not included?
The arrangement does not cover transportation costs to and from Slovenia, insurance, medical expenses, or mobile phone costs.
How many days does the arrangement cover?
It covers up to 5 consecutive days, preferably from Monday to Friday, or another feasible timeframe from your side, for a group of up to 5 people.
How should the team be structured?
The team can consist of people from the same department or various departments within your company. We plan to integrate your team members into our departments for experience sharing, but this is optional and will only occur with the team’s confirmation.
Can the team consist of fewer than 5 people?
Yes, the team can have fewer than 5 members, but it must have at least 3.
Can the team have more than 5 people?
You can register a team with more than 5 members, but if your team is selected, we may need to adjust your application to meet specific requirements.
Do all workation team members need to be from the same company?
Yes, all team members must come from the same company or its subsidiaries.
Do all workation team members need to be from the same department?
No, not all team members need to be from the same department. Having members from different departments can enhance experience sharing.
Will I have access to meeting rooms or other meeting spaces?
Absolutely! All the amenities you need to excel in your work will be available. Any special requirements can be discussed and arranged with the selected team.
Is there anything expected from me in return?
We expect just goodwill, a positive attitude, and new experiences. This is a non-commercial initiative. We’re not here to sell anything. Our goal is to promote positive workplace practices and foster a collaborative environment where both parties can share insights, experiences, and inspiration.
Do I need to host Joan in return?
There’s no need to host us in return. However, you might consider inviting another friend company to work at your premises. Our goal is to keep the initiative rolling and promote the workation concept through office swaps.
When will the trip to Slovenia be possible for the selected team?
The timeline for the trip to Slovenia will be arranged with the selected team to suit their schedule. To experience Slovenia at its best, we recommend visiting during the enchanting December or the blooming Spring.
