Plan cancellation Notice

If you are subscribed to our solutions or services by our earlier versions of device subscription plans, this notice is for you.

Cancelation of earlier subscription plans on 1st January 2023:

We would like to inform you that as of 1st January 2023 we are cancelling all our earlier device subscription plans (such as Joan Basic, Joan Standard, Joan Premium) and replacing them with newer versions in order to advance our services.

You can switch to new subscription plans:

New and current device subscription plans are as follows: Essentials, Professional, Enterprise. You can read more about them here and here. Our sales and support teams will provide you with a migration path.

Termination of agreement arising from earlier subscription plans:

If you wish to continue using our solutions and services, please make sure to arrange one of the new subscription plans. Otherwise, your agreements arising from earlier plans with us would be automatically terminated and you would not be able to use our solutions and services anymore. Termination will be effective as of 1st of January 2023.
