How do I request an NFR subscription as a Joan partner?

An NFR (not for resale) subscription gives qualified Joan partners and resellers a free Joan software licence for demonstration use. You request it with a form in the Joan partner portal.

• You are an approved Joan partner with access to the Joan partner portal.
• You have a MyJoan admin account for the organization you use for demos.

1. Sign in to the Joan partner portal.
2. Open the NFR subscription request form.
3. Enter the email address of your MyJoan admin account and submit the form.
4. You receive an email confirming that we received your request.
5. Joan Support activates the subscription and sends you a confirmation email.

If someone at your company already created a MyJoan admin account, your email domain is reserved for that account. Contact Joan Support, and we help you set up the account you need for the NFR subscription.

An NFR subscription is valid for one year from activation. We email you 30 days before it expires. To extend it, submit the request form again. If it isn't extended, the subscription ends automatically.
