Aside from the “Meet now”/"Book now" and “Meet later” buttons, the “Real-Time Booking” functionality also allows you to view the entire schedule of the next 7 days for the specific resource with the “Timetable” feature.
Having an overview of the resource’s availability will allow you to plan and book it accordingly.
Contrary to “Meet now” and “Meet later”, the “Timetable” button cannot be enabled/disabled on your Joan 6 device(s), but it can be replaced with a custom button. To learn how to do that, see Custom button on a Joan device.
