There are 2 possible ways of booking the asset within your organization:

- through the [MyJoan](http://my.getjoan.com)
- through the [MyJoan mobile application](/help/mobile-application/joan-mobile-app)

## Booking an asset through the web browser

In order to book the asset through the web browser, please follow the next steps:

1. Log in to [MyJoan](http://my.getjoan.com) and click on **Schedule**
2. Go to **Parking & Assets**
3. Select the **Asset type** you wish to book and click on the preferred date
4. Choose the preferred day and time
5. Click **Create**

And that is it! You have successfully created a reservation.

## Booking an asset through the mobile application

In order to book the asset through the application, please follow the next steps:

1. Log in to your account in the [MyJoan mobile application](/help/mobile-application/joan-mobile-app)
2. On the Home page of the application, select \*I want to book an - **Asset**\*
3. Choose the preferred day and time
4. Choose the **location**
5. Choose the **asset type**
6. Pick the wanted **asset**
7. Click on **confirm reservation**

And that is it! You have successfully created a reservation.\
