To input your reseller details, please follow the instructions below:

1. Log in to [my.getjoan.com](http://my.getjoan.com) with your admin credentials
2. Navigate to **Settings** and click **Plans & Billing** in the left-hand menu
3. Scroll down to **"Reseller information"**
4. Click on **"Add reseller info"** or **"Edit reseller info"** and update the mandatory details

Your reseller will generally provide you with the code, and you will be able to conveniently claim it on the "[Plans & Billing](https://portal.getjoan.com/settings/subscriptions/)" page, as explained in [How to redeem your prepaid subscription code?](/help/plans-billing/how-to-redeem-your-prepaid-subscription-code).
