The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to these Joan devices:

- **Joan 6 RE**
- **Joan 6 Pro**
- **Joan 13 Pro**

## Which products are not eligible?

The 30-day money-back guarantee does **not** apply to the **Joan ePaper badge**.

Joan ePaper badge orders can be canceled free of charge until they ship. After a badge has shipped, it cannot be returned for a refund.

## What are the conditions?

- The guarantee applies only to orders placed on the Joan Webstore at getjoan.com. You need proof of the original purchase.
- The 30 days start on the day you receive the device.
- Devices damaged for reasons not covered by the warranty cannot be refunded.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.

## How do I return a device?
