If you have any firewall rules in place, you may need to whitelist the following IP addresses to ensure proper operation of Joan devices and the MyJoan portal.

- [**Joan server**](#server)
- [**MyJoan portal**](#portal)

## {#server}Joan server

Joan devices connect directly to our cloud servers to display the user interface in real time.\
To ensure connectivity, please allow outbound **TCP connections on port 11113** to the nearest server from the list below:

```plaintext
we3.gw.getjoan.com: 35.189.234.129 - Europe cloud hosting
wu.gw.getjoan.com: 104.198.13.54 - West US cloud hosting
eu3.gw.getjoan.com: 35.185.27.220 - East US cloud hosting
hongkong1.gw.getjoan.com: 35.220.133.199 - Honk Kong cloud hosting
```

**Note:** If these firewall rules are not configured, Joan devices will not be able to maintain a connection with the server and will go offline.

## {#portal}MyJoan portal

The MyJoan portal communicates with your calendar system using the following IP addresses. If you are using an on-premise calendar (e.g., Exchange), you must allow **inbound and outbound TCP traffic on ports 80 and 443** from these IPs:

```plaintext
34.68.57.7
34.83.237.92
34.96.247.100
34.92.222.1
35.201.1.33
34.87.216.39
34.77.229.140
34.78.207.99
35.241.198.134
104.196.125.173
```

**Note:** Without proper firewall rules, the MyJoan portal will not be able to sync with your calendar, which may result in device schedule issues.
